Myplantshop.me is not responsible for orders that are lost after they once delivered to your place. It is our procedure to obtain photographic evidence and the neighbour’s signature for any orders left as requested by the client.
It is the client’s sole responsibility to book our drivers ahead of time, if it is requested to deliver your order via loading bay. To avoid missed delivery, client must respond to the 3-hour ETA notification and we will provide the driver’s contact information.

We thoroughly inspect each product very carefully before it leaves us to our facility to ensure that it is in perfect condition.
