Buxus is a genus of evergreen shrubs native to Europe and Asia. The plant consists of tiny green leaves that are shaped round in a lanceolate. They emerge opposite in direction and have a leathery feel to touch. The Buxux is a versatile plant which can grow from 2-12 m. Even though they are slow-growing plants, properly pruned can take any shape or size.
