Please check with your concierge that they are able to accept perishable items before recommending this at your place.
Myplantshop.me is not responsible for orders that are lost after they once delivered to your place. It is our procedure to obtain photographic evidence and the neighbour’s signature for any orders left as requested by the client.
Commercial Property/Restricted Parking Deliveries
It is the client’s sole responsibility to book our drivers ahead of time, if it is requested to deliver your order via loading bay. To avoid missed delivery, client must respond to the 3-hour ETA notification and we will provide the driver’s contact information.
Policy of Returns and Cancellations
It is our commitment to send you high-quality plants and other related products. We thoroughly inspect each product very carefully before it leaves us to our facility to ensure that it is in perfect condition. We carefully wrap everything and protect it so that it is not get damaged during transit. However, if you do have a problem with our delivered product, here is what to do:
Conditions for return:
- When the goods is completely different from what you ordered and you were not notified of this beforehand.
- The refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.Only damaged/defective products will be accepted as returns in the Plants and Pots category. A refund will be granted if a replacement for the same product is not available.
- Please notify us within 24 hours after receiving a damaged or defective product
- Please do not accept any products that have been damaged or tampered with in any way (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process).
- Products returns/ Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
- Any products that are damaged after delivery and do not comply with the Plant for a Plant Policy are not eligible for return.
- If you happen to accept your order and later wish to change, exchange or return the plants, Myplantshop.me will offer no refund for the same.
- We cannot bear responsibility for plant-related difficulties such as pest and disease attacks after 5 days following delivery
Refunds:
Refunds in case of cancellations will be processed within 45 working day
